Uses And   Product Description
Alpha galactosidase is an enzyme which breaks down complex carbohydrates into monosaccharide’s. * Diastase (amylase) breaks down complex carbohydrates into simpler sugars. * Pepsin is a proteolytic enzyme responsible to break polypeptides (long protein chains) into smaller amino acid chains and eventually into single amino acids. * Lipase enzyme digests triglycerides (fats) into free fatty acids and glycerol.
